Welcome to the 31st Unicoi County Annual Apple Festival The annual Apple Festival on the 1st Friday and Saturday of October at streets of Erwin TN for this 2 day event, that will be overflowing with approximant 100,000 visitors, is a celebration of heritage and culture of the Southern Appalachian region.There will be approximant 350 all types of Art/craft and food vendors, 2 food courts (Main and Love Street and Main and Union Street) and 2 entertainment stages (1st.Baptist Church Gospel Stage will have gospel music on Love Street and the Toyota Entertainment Stage at Gathering Park on Main Street will have country and bluegrass music.). The 31st Unicoi County Apple Festival hours are 8:00 am to 8:0,0 pm October 3 & 4 2008.Located near the Post Office on Main Street is the YMCA Children’s Area with plenty of games and activities for the children.At the art and craft booths, you will find rows and rows of booths with unique items from clothing to unique food items, jewelry, leather goods, floral arrangements, decorations, apples available from the local apple growers and etc. It seems somewhat magical, the minute one walks down Main Street and see all those art and craft booths.Don’t Miss It!
