This good old fashioned Flag Pond Ramp Festival in Tennessee is held in May and sponsored by the, Ruritan Club and all food will be prepared by locals, especially the fried 'taters and ramps, the "little stinkers" will be served with soup beans, coleslaw, bacon, cornbread, dessert, and a drink.
